Shipping policy

Royal Calypso ships in protective boxes or envelopes, and items can be gift wrap for a small fee. (please contact me for details on that service)

All finished items are shipped within 2-3 working days after payment is cleared and will be received within 7 to 21 days. Custom orders require at least 5 days and up to 2 weeks to be shipped based on the nature of the order then delivery will be quoted. If you need any items faster than that contact me so arrangements can be made.You will be notified When items are shipped.

Insurance will be placed on all orders over $100.00 as a courtesy to protect your purchase. If you wish to place insurance on orders less than $100.00 contact me as to get a quote.

Royal Calypso ships via USPS.

Returns and Exchanges

Royal Calypso items are handmade, so refunds and/or exchanges are not typically offered unless it is a craftsmanship issue or the wrong item sent. Any return/ exchange will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Merchandise credit or exchange will be issued if warranted after review of each case. These credits do not expire.

No returns on custom made orders.

Any issues with items need to be reported within 7 days of you receiving the item. If you're unhappy with your item contact me. I do aim to please.
